SpinEmpire Casino Responsible Gaming
Every control we offer sits inside your SpinEmpire account or is one email to our support team away. Here is where each setting lives after you log in, what it changes, and which free services in Canada will talk to you in confidence.
Where the Controls Sit in Your Account
One rule comes before any setting: money you put into SpinEmpire Casino buys entertainment and nothing else, neither extra income nor a way back from an earlier loss. Fix your budget first; the table shows what backs it up.
| Control | Where to find it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Reality Check | Settings, inside My Account | Reminds you of your playing time at 60, 90 or 180 minutes |
| Take a Break | My Account, then Settings | Pauses all account activity: 1 day, 3 days or a full week |
| Two-factor authentication (2FA) | My Account, then Profile | Adds a second step to every login |
| Self-exclusion | Email to [email protected] | Closes the account indefinitely |
No deposit or loss caps
Four rows, and none of them is a money limit. Our account has no deposit, loss or session cap to switch on, which means your budget lives on paper or in your head, not in our system. Tell support if you need help with any row above.
Only adults may hold an account: you must be 19 in most of the country, while Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba set the bar at 18.
Reality Check: Know How Long You Have Played
Reality Check is the lightest control in your account. You pick an interval, and each time it passes, an on-screen reminder states how long the session has lasted. Nothing is paused or closed for you, so the decision to stop stays yours, but it now comes with a number attached.
- Log in and open My Account.
- Go to Settings, choose Reality Check and select 60, 90 or 180 minutes.
- After you confirm, the reminder appears whenever a session reaches that mark.
If slots tend to swallow your evening, start with the 60-minute timer. Each time the reminder shows, compare your balance with the amount you started with, and stop if the budget is spent.
Take a Break: Pausing Your SpinEmpire Account
A pause suits the times you need a few days off without closing anything for good. You set it once, and the end date is fixed from the start.
- In My Account, open Settings and find Take a Break.
- Pick 24 hours, 3 days or one week.
- Confirm the choice. The start of the pause is confirmed by email, sent from [email protected].
- Once the period is over, nothing is required of you: the account unlocks by itself, and a second email marks the moment.
What changes during a pause
- All account functions stay disabled for the whole pause, so there is no way to play, top up or cash out.
- A withdrawal request that is still waiting gets cancelled; the amount is credited back to your balance, and a new request is possible once the pause is over.
- Nobody can lift the pause before the chosen period ends, our support team included.
- You can switch it on at any time, even with money on the balance; only self-exclusion needs an empty balance first.
If a week does not feel like enough, self-exclusion is the stronger option.
Self-Exclusion: Stepping Away Indefinitely
Unlike the other controls, this one lives outside your account: a person on our support team handles it. Self-exclusion deactivates your SpinEmpire account with no end date and puts you on our self-exclusion list, after which the account is shut to you completely: no signing in, no play, no deposits, no withdrawals.
- Check that the balance is empty and no payout is in progress. We can only close an account in that state.
- Using the email address linked to your account, send the request to [email protected]. A request sent from any other address may not be carried out.
- State that you want the account closed. You may add the reason, for example worries about how much you play.
- We reply with a confirmation and the date the closure takes effect. Until that date, activity on the account stays your responsibility.
When the reason for closing is your own gambling, the closure is meant to stick. Under our Terms you give up the right to a new SpinEmpire account, and the same ban covers the partner sites listed in our licence. A block is also possible without a closure request: you can ask support to block the account whenever play stops feeling like a game, and we keep the right to do it ourselves if we have reason to think gambling is harming someone's life socially, emotionally or financially.
Keeping Your Account Yours: 2FA and Underage Protection
A casino account should only ever be used by its owner. Our Terms forbid sharing your login details, selling or handing over access, and letting anyone else deposit or withdraw on your behalf. Two-factor authentication makes that rule much easier to keep.
Switch on 2FA
Open My Account, go to the Profile section and follow the steps shown there. With 2FA on, a password by itself no longer opens the account, which shuts out anyone who has seen or guessed it, including a child in your home.
How we check age
Age is checked twice. At sign-up you give a date of birth and confirm you meet the minimum. Later, standard account validation asks for valid identity documents before every casino feature unlocks, and an account found to belong to a minor is shut off from the site.
Advice for parents and guardians
If children live in your home, a few measures keep gambling sites out of their reach:
- blocking software for gambling sites, such as GamBlock, BetBlocker, GamBan, CyberPatrol or Net Nanny;
- firm limits on how long children use their devices;
- a regular look through browsing history and device activity;
- 2FA on your own casino account, so your password alone cannot open it.
A Quick Self-Check Before You Play
Five honest answers before you log in say more than any setting can:
- Could I lose this deposit and still cover everything I owe this month?
- Am I playing to unwind, or to recover something I lost earlier?
- Have I played more this week than I meant to?
- Would my family be surprised by what I have spent lately?
- Do I feel tense, restless or low when I stop?
If an answer bothers you, take the 20-question self-assessment from Gamblers Anonymous, then turn on Reality Check, schedule a pause or ask for self-exclusion. Spotting the pattern early makes it far easier to change.

Talk to us
Live chat with our support team is open 24/7, and email goes to [email protected]. Write in when a tool will not switch on, when you are ready to self-exclude, or when you think someone else has been in your account. Full rules on pauses and closure are in our Terms and Conditions; our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data.
Questions About Account Controls
No, and no loss or session cap either. The amount you play with is a decision you make before depositing. If sticking to it gets hard, a pause or self-exclusion takes the account out of reach.
It is cancelled, and the amount returns to your balance. Once the pause ends, you can request the withdrawal again.
No. The end date is set when you confirm, and neither you nor our team can bring it forward, even if you change your mind the next morning.
Head to My Account, choose the Profile section and follow the steps. It is worth doing on any device that other people in your home can pick up.
